What is worry?

Worry is an unpleasant emotion that arises when a person fears that something will happen in the future.

It is a kind of fear of the uncertainty in front or the future.

  Many people believe that yoga is the best one among the many worries.

In fact, humans have a long history of potential pitfalls by practicing yoga.

  Worried Symptoms Some of the symptoms you worry about are those you feel when you are tired.
